Starland Regional FCSS and the participating municipalities maintain and strengthen the quality of life for all residents of participating municipalities by supporting volunteerism and providing preventive social initiatives and programs.
Starland Regional FCSS develops and/or supports locally driven preventive social initiatives to enhance the well-being of individuals, families and communities.
