The Delia and District Agricultural Society was formed and continues to be an organization that promotes, enhances and encourages rural living by providing facilities, programs and events to enrich our community.
Agricultural Societies are organizations that are:
- volunteer driven
- not-for-profit
whose mandate and diversity make them invaluable in the communities that they serve. Under the umbrella of the Agricultural Society, we operate and/or assist the following facilities:
- Arena
- Baseball Diamonds
- Campground
- Community Hall
- Curling Club
- Communities in Bloom
Annual Events include:
- 4H Beef Show & Sale
- Farm Safety & Awareness
- Variety of Community Events/Celebrations/Fairs
Our local Ag Society works to support and facilitate many of the projects that take place in our district.
We are always looking for new members to join the team. Annual membership is $5.00/person (18&over)
Meetings are the 4th Monday of every month
at the curling rink.
